Our athletes are successful because they train smart, by putting in quality efforts when asked and continue to develop their skills as Endurance Athletes.

We offer programming for all distances from Sprints to Ironman,  all levels of athletes welcome.

  • Tri BC membership( $30.00 additional charge)
  • Covers the costs of the group insurance
  • Covers the cost of a team garment ( run shirts for 2010)
  • Lactate testing: Club Members $ 95.00, Non Club Members $125.00
  • On line programs for those who prefer to train on their own ( must have the Fa_CT lactate test done prior to programing
  • User Fees apply for weekly workouts

  • In addition to the physical side of the training, the club holds monthly socials, post workout socials and nutritional seminars. Multisport and sport specific training camps will be offered in the upcoming season.
